BY JACKSON BOONSTRA
Dancing in a stadium full of strangers,
Everyone seems at wild peace.
We are an orchestra,
Listening to the muse of our own symphony.
The memorized sheets and phrases,
It is tranquility that rules the air.
Everyone jumps to its powerful force,
Even finding that friends become noiseless.
One laugh triggers many,
As if a wave in the stadium has taken full effect,
Circling a field and causing a euphoric rush.
A hush sweeps across everyone,
the type that is never broken or challenged.
Chimes start in the distance, echoing through our hearts.
We accept the melody for what it is.
We are ready.
